msnskype 		I use static IP. when i manualy change my IP a few site does not recognize my account but only once met with this problem on this site and nemesis helped me. In those days I voted 3-4 times than I've observed an increase anyway not using anymore.

So I've a few questions for this situation: How many registered members? 1071? how is possible 4400 total votes? visitors can vote?
